HSP is a family-owned commercial and residential real estate development and property management company based in Vancouver, WA. We own, develop and manage multi-tenant retail and mixed-use residential properties. For more than 50 years, it has been our mission to deliver quality properties that serve our communities, primarily in the Vancouver, SW Washington area.
ABOUT US
HSP started in 1967 with a single Hi-School Pharmacy in Town, WA. Since then, our reach has expanded to include commercial and residential asset management, leasing and property management services.
Since our founding five decades ago, our focus has always been on sustaining and investing in our communities through thoughtful real estate and stewardship. We continue to pursue new opportunities with a growing portfolio of commercial and residential properties. In every case, our approach remains the same: invest in places that prioritize people.
